Roccascalegna Castle

Roccascalegna Castle stands on a rocky landscape, in a dominant position in the town of Roccascalegna.
It was built in the eleventh or twelfth century, when it was expanded from a simple tower guard of Lombard origin. The first mention of the castle dates back to 1525. Subsequently, it was subject to several renovations, the last was in 1996.
Immediately at the bottom of the castle there is the church of St. Paul, where you can celebrate religious marriages. Outside the church begins a natural rock staircase leading to the entrance of the castle.
It's possible to have refreshments and dinner both inside and outside the castle walls, depending on the needs of the couple. Everything will be made even more memorable by the animation staff, representation and dancing vintage medieval costumes, performances by falconers, choir music, fireworks and much more ...
One of the most evocative locations that evokes medieval times.
